Another site where we took a great design and converted it to a WordPress site in this situation we built the mobile theme at the same time as the desktop theme.

Customer Requirement

Advertise her Beauty Therapy in Leeds.

Solution

Design by Dominic Quigley we were provided with PSDs for each page we code these as a WordPress theme and aslo create a mobile design and theme to work in the exact same way for mobile browsers.

Pembroke Wines

This site for incredible wines was a lot of fun to code.

Customer Requirement

To promote their cellar Pembroke Wines wanted something simple with a simple and clean way to browse through the wines.

Solution

We designed it with a main table list of all the wines and then included menus on the right to filter the table views, we also added a table sorter using jQuery to make it even easier to find a particular wine. Wines where saved in a WordPress custom post type, with multiple custom fields and taxonomies this really shows off what can be done with the WordPress CMS. The other neat thing we did was add the option to convert the cost of wines to a few different currencies, with the exchange rate pulled from google and stored in cookies.

A simple site were speedy coding was required. The site needed to be ready for the Ambition2011 event in June so we designed, built and put this small site live in less than 2 weeks.

Customer Requirement

To have the site ready so that they could give out their URL at the June exhibition. The site was built to show some screen shots of the software and allow for customers to contact them request a live demo.

Solution

In this WordPress site we put the gallery of screenshots onto the homepage and pull those out to be displayed as a jQuery slider. There is a clear call to action of ‘Request a demo’ on all pages, this leads to a simple form which captured details of interested customers.

Admiral Pest Control Mobile Theme

Admiral Pest Control are a Los Angeles and Orange County based, residential and commercial pests control company.

Customer Requirement

They already had an established WordPress website and their own separate domain for mobile traffic. There current mobile site was very simplistic with no integration of there current WordPress site.

Solution

We designed a new mobile theme that would retain the features of the current desktop theme but display them in a mobile user friendly format.

Hydrex Pest Control of the North Bay is a family owned franchise serving Sonoma, Marin, Napa and Solano Counties for over 35 years. California, USA.

Customer Requirement

Before...

They already had an established WordPress website, but this current site had no mobile compatibility features that would make it user friendly. When displayed on mobile devices the content would appear small and navigation would be frustrating at the least.

Solution

We designed a new mobile theme that would retain the features of the current desktop theme but display them in a mobile user friendly format.

We created a new theme and implemented WordPress Mobile Pack plugin to activate the new theme for Mobile traffic.

Red Palm Villas

Red Palm Villas is a luxury beachfront resort in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. They had and excising HTML website and a separate WordPress based blog.

Customer Requirement

Convert excising website entirely to WordPress, incorporating the current blog while also refreshing the design.

Solution

We first designed the new site, talking into account the excisting features of the current site, while adding some new elements, to highlight aspects of the resort. We emphasized the use of images to really let the beauty of the resort really speak for its self and draw the user in.

This one was a simple html build with full screen background images on a random rotation, each gallery has a image slider with thumbnails at the bottom.

Paramount Digital Bulletin

A bulletin board for Paramount via our friends at Tommy, they designed this and we converted to a WordPress theme.

This was built just before the release of WP3.0 which would have been so much easier – but hey that’s just the way it goes sometimes.

Pinstripes and Peonies

A London florist catering for large and small events.

Designed using a pinstripe header and footer with a subtle Peony wallpaper background in the main. Extracts of the design taken from the company’s existing business card layout and brand logo. The dark layout allows the floral images to stand out and really speak for themselves to sell the product.
