The requirement here was to build a community blog site to accompany the new online shop Berghaus launched in April 2010. The site’s main purpose is to post info about climbers, reviews on equipment and to keep people up to date on Berghaus news.
We also gave the site a link to their facebook account and integrated them with twitter, showing a live feed of their updates. Users of the site can keep up to date and also comment on articles and who knows maybe after reading all the inspiring articles they might even pop to the shop to pick up some equipment!
The design was supplied to us by the client so this was a PSD to WordPress job as well as some training for the client on how to use and manage WordPress and security.
